Inclusive advisory board
Since 2020, the Aargauer Kunsthaus has been working with an inclusive advisory board as part of the Kultur inklusiv label. This board consists of seven members with and without disabilities. The working group meets regularly to discuss current issues in the field of accessibility and to evaluate exhibitions and offerings at the Kunsthaus. The group’s goal is to break down barriers in all areas of the museum and create a place where inclusion and participation can take place.

Inclusive Culture
We encourage the participation of people with and without impairments or disabilities in cultural life by providing a wide range of offers and accommodations. The Kultur inklusiv (inclusive culture) label from Pro Infirmis sets out important principles and recognises our institution for this commitment. We are also supported by a group of experts with and without disabilities or impairments.
