In spring 2024, pupils rediscovered works of art from the collection of the Aargauer Kunsthaus. Inspired by the works, they used digital tools to create their own visual and acoustic interpretations – including a Hodler figure as a football player or a snake spell brought to life by augmented reality (AR). These works resulted in a versatile digital AR tour that was very well received. Due to the positive response, the project will be continued in 2025: From 7 May to 6 July 2025, a new AR tour can be experienced at the Aargauer Kunsthaus.

The tour was created in close collaboration with the  Beratungsstelle Digitale Medien in Schule und Unterricht – imedias at the Pädagogische Hochschule FHNW and the Aargauer Kunsthaus.
