The region’s art studios are bustling with intense work, experimentation and design. The diversity and expressiveness of local art is showcased every year in the Auswahl process open to applicants from the Aargauer Kuratorium and the Aargauer Kunsthaus.

The Auswahl showcases around fifty works on two floors of the Aargauer Kunsthaus. Visitors thus gain a unique insight into art from the region.

5–6 pm: Preview for the Aargauischer Kunstverein: exclusively for patrons and members of the Aargauischer Kunstverein
6 pm: Public opening with speeches
From 7 pm: Apéro
6–8 pm: Children’s opening (for children aged 5–13), meet in the studio on the ground floor
