The workshop in Maya Minder’s Fermenting Cultural Anthropology series invites you to experiment with various fermentation techniques and make your own probiotic delicacies.. Maya Minder will present methods, ideas, seeds and recipes that she has collected while travelling through Southeast Asia, Europe, South America, Japan and Korea. Fermentation is an ancient science of preserving food and enriching it with flavour at the same time. With new recipes, we will tell our own stories together about a past future in the beginning of the Anthropocene.
