Markus Raetz’s Zeemansblik, on display in Collection 25 I of the Aargauer Kunsthaus, is a key work of Swiss art. The volume ‘Markus Raetz – Zeemansblik’, published in autumn 2024, is entirely dedicated to this work and reveals its complexity behind the apparent simplicity and reduction. The publication raises awareness of the significance of the work in Markus Raetz’s oeuvre and within the art of his generation.
The publishing house Scheidegger & Spiess, together with the Aargauer Kunsthaus, invites you to the book presentation, where the author Franz Müller and the editor Angelika Affentranger-Kirchrath will talk about the key work.
