Students have immersed themselves in works from the Aargauer Kunsthaus collection and processed their impressions with the help of digital tools. The result is a multi-faceted digital tour using augmented reality (AR), which is open to the public at the Aargauer Kunsthaus.
Augmented reality is a technology that enhances visible, physical reality with digital elements. It has been successfully used as an educational tool at the Aargauer Kunsthaus since 2021.
The tour was created as part of the second cooperation between the Digitale Medien in Schule und Unterricht – imedias, the Pädagogischen Hochschule FHNW and the Aargauer Kunsthaus.
Due to the great interest, there will be two opening days this year – in the morning from 10 am to 12 noon and in the afternoon from 2 pm to 4 pm.
