Flowers to Art 2019
Floral interpretations of works from the collection
In the Flowers to Art exhibition, outstanding Swiss master florists and young talents are invited to interpret works of art with their floral creations. Selected historical and contemporary works from the collection of the Aargauer Kunsthaus will be on display.
The week-long exhibition will be held exclusively at the Aargauer Kunsthaus for the sixth time in 2019. It keeps the dialogue between flowers and art alive and sets new accents. The participation of star florist Dr Solomon Leong from Hong Kong promises an extraordinary ‘East meets West’ experience. The exhibition also opens an experimental window on art, textile design and floristry.
Flowers to Art promises sensory delights and surprising moments of art appreciation. It allows art to blossom and offers an extraordinary museum experience.
