The pupils explore the works in the collection for formal elements that are repeated. In doing so, they discover patterns, grids, geometric shapes or ornamental structures. In the studio, from cycle 1 onwards, they create their own image compositions by repeating, changing the colour or superimposing prefabricated form stamps made of foam rubber. From cycle 2 onwards, they produce their own mould stamps, try out the stamp printing technique and design individual patterns or ornaments.
