Aarau is located between Zurich, Basel and Bern and is easily accessible by public transport. By train: fast trains from Zurich and Berne every half hour (Zurich 30 min., Berne 40 min.), from Basel every hour (30 min.). A 10-minute walk from the railway station, along the tracks or Bahnhofstrasse, in the direction of Olten. Take bus routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 from Aarau Railway Station to the Kunsthaus bus stop. The entrance to the Kunsthaus is about 100 meters from the bus stop. On the way to the museum, you have to cross two streets with pedestrian crossings.

Bookstore

The art bookstore in the museum foyer offers a wide range of art publications for adults and children, as well as artist monographs and art postcards.
