MIND THE GAP – Edition II is a unique development project by Tanz und Kunst Königsfelden: ten up-and-coming international talents are on the cusp of a professional career – and bring precisely this moment of new beginnings, risk and arrival to the stage. During an intensive five-week programme, the dancers work under professional conditions on three choreographies that bring together the diverse artistic perspectives of three renowned choreographers: Filipe Portugal, Heinz Spoerli and Caroline Finn.

At today’s showcase, the ‘Rising Stars’ will present excerpts from the choreographies they are developing for their premiere on 21 August 2026 at the Kurtheater Baden. Here, the audience will witness the development of a new generation of dancers – full of energy, precision and artistic expression.
