TicketsIn 1967, seven artists founded the Ziegelrain artists’ collective in Aarau, which gained renown far beyond the cantonal capital during the 1970s. The members pursued their own projects without committing to a shared programme, yet together they played a part in the artistic renaissance in Switzerland during those years.
A panel discussion with Markus Müller, Petra Njezic and Beat Wismer – moderated by Patricia Bieder and Katharina Ammann – along with a look at the SIKART Lexicon, shed light on this special place of artistic freedom and on the artists who shaped it.
